How Tenancy Works

Your FREE Rental listing allows you to list:

  • List rental for up to 3 months.
  • 7 Pictures.
  • 1 Document.
  • 1 Video.

Once your rental advert has been approved by our support team, you’ll be able to advertise it for up to 3 months. (Per listing)  

Once you have logged into tenancy.co.za/login/.  You’ll be able to load your rental information, photos, videos and prices.
To list your rental, simply click the the blue “submit my listing” button. 

We use the internet’s original picture resizing tool: https://picresize.com/

You can edit your listing at anytime via your Tenancy dashboard. Once you have edited your listing, it will be re-submitted for approval before going live again.

Our team is always hard at work. Once your listing has been submitted, if there are no edits required, it should be live within a few hours.

In your Tenancy dashboard you have analytics of impression, reaches, leads and conversions. 

Listings will have contact details that only logged in client can see. In your dashboard we have an internal messaging system.

Online payments are made by credit or debit card, via a secure online payment gateway (YOCO). We accept Visa and Mastercard.

Your premium business profile upgrade give you the ability to add your rental business name, logo, main banner, website, email, phone, whatsapp, location and social networks for more exposure.
